Dr. Roy holds a doctorate in toxicology from the Université Catholique de Louvain. He also has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in biology from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Dr. Roy’s early career includes several high-profile management positions in major pharma companies. In 1999, he moved into business development for both startups and established companies. To support R&D, he introduced new services and emerging technologies. In his role, Dr. Roy has dealt with the many challenges that pharmaceutical startups face.
