Interview with a Corealis employee:

Retention and destruction of personal information
We retain your personal information for a period of three (3) years. If we act as a service provider, we may have to retain this data for a period of seven (7) years. When physical files exist, they will be shredded by a firm specializing in the destruction of confidential documents. Electronic records will be permanently deleted from our private computer systems.

Legislation
We are committed to respecting the legislative provisions of the Acts on access to documents held by public bodies and on the protection of personal information.
