Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead analytical development and support GMP laboratory operations. This role combines scientific expertise, project leadership, and team mentorship to ensure high-quality, compliant analytical results that support drug product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and validation of analytical methods for drug products.

• Plan and execute analytical activities aligned with project timelines. Analyze data and provide actionable insights.

• Manage GMP stability studies and investigate OOS/OOT results.

• Oversee daily lab activities and documentation. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity standards.

• Support analytical equipment, CDS, and stability systems (e.g., SLIM, ELN, LIMS).

• Train and mentor analysts and technicians.

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

• 5+ years in analytical development in the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong knowledge of GMP, method validation, and stability programs

• Experience with chromatography systems and laboratory software (CDS, LIMS, ELN)

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
