Tasks and responsibilities:

• Carrying out analyses relating to pharmaceutical product development work using various analytical techniques and equipment.

-This may include, but is not limited to

-HPLC

-Sample preparation

-Titration

-Dissolution

-Stability analyses

-Physical characterisation of API, intermediates, and finished products

-Conducting off-spec research

• Respect the safety and hygiene rules of the laboratory;

• Master the different analytical methods and techniques, and the operation of the equipment;

• Respect deadlines and priorities;

• Maintain all relevant documentation of their activities;

• Respect the SOPs and GMPs relating to their work;

• Actively participate in all required analytical investigations;

• Monitor and carry out inventory of reagents, standards and chromatographic columns as required.

• Ensure general maintenance of the laboratory.

• Carry out analyses according to instructions, transcribe data into relevant reports, evaluate data against R & D / GMP criteria with guidance from supervisor.

• Perform all related duties.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Collegiate studies

• 3 years of prior work experience in a related field

• Bilingual (English, French)

• Computer skills (MS Office 365)
